Faranani Facilitation Services (Pty) Ltd is an established service provider that has been in existence for ten years. The company was initially registered as a cc in 2000 and converted to a company (PTY) IN 2007. Registration No: Pty Ltd 2007/019026/07. The company is an accredited and leading BBBEE (Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment) training, consulting and skills development company which delivers services nationally to the business, government and NGO sector.

The company is owned by three Shareholders. There are two executive directors who work in the business, four full time staff and two part-time staff.
Faranani provides work to a range of SMMEs and sole providers through its network of about 20 associates who are contracted for facilitation, assessment, moderation, materials development, accreditation and project management services. Our consultants have been trained in Organisational Development, Facilitation, Diversity Management, Project Management, Leadership and Management, Life Skills and Business Strategy.

Faranani is a black-owned company and its commitment to youth development is shown through the employment of young people in the company with one shareholder also qualifying as a “youth”. It is 51% black owned and 64% women owned and 15% youth owned. The staff profile is 66% black and 80% female. Faranani is a micro entrerprise and therefore qualifies as a Level 4 BEE company.
